How do I reset the password for my account?
Follow these steps to reset the password for your Trex Outdoor Furniture account:
- At the top of the page, select My Account or 👤 (on mobile).
- Select Forgot Your Password? near the orange SIGN IN button.
- Enter the email address attached to the account and select RESET MY PASSWORD.
- We’ll email you a password reset link.*
*NOTE: If you don’t see the email in your inbox after a few minutes, check your spam folder. Gmail users should also look in their Promotions folders.
You can also update your password when logged in to your account. Just select Change Password in the My Account tab on your dashboard to update your details.
