How do I make changes my order items?
While we’re unable to change your order once it’s placed, we’d be happy to help you cancel the existing order and start a new one. Please note, new orders will be subject to current lead times and pricing.
How do I cancel an order?
Orders placed within the last 2 hours:
Enter your order details on our Order Status page using the link below. After entering your information, you will see a cancellation link on the next screen.
Orders placed more than 2 hours ago:
If your order was placed more than 2 hours ago, please contact our Customer Experience Team and we will gladly assist you.
NOTES:
- Orders may be canceled for any reason before the item(s) have shipped. Once your order has shipped, you may take advantage of our 30-day no-hassle return/exchange policy.
- We’re unable to adjust orders placed through other retailers. If you purchased Trex Outdoor Furniture from another retailer, please contact them directly to make changes to your order.
