How do I check the status of my order?
If you purchased products directly from trexfurniture.com, follow these steps to check the order status:
- Select Check Order Status at the top of the page.
- Type the order number and email address connected to your order in the required fields.*
- Select SUBMIT.
If our system is unable to find an order that matches your information, you’ll be prompted to complete a form. Once we receive it, we’ll contact you about your order’s status.
*NOTE: Double-check the accuracy of your order information before submitting it (e.g., digits aren’t missing from the order number, the email address is spelled correctly, etc.).
