How do I make changes to an in-progress order?
If you need to make the following changes to your order, contact our Customer Experience Team, and we’ll help you:
If you need to change any of the items listed below, you must cancel your existing order and place a new one:
- Use a different payment method
- Update the shipping address
- Update item quantity
- Change item colors and styles
- Add or remove products
NOTE: New orders will be subject to current lead times and pricing.
How do I cancel an order?
Orders placed within the last 2 hours:
On the confirmation page that follows after completing your purchase, choose the Cancel my order option and follow the prompts to finish the cancellation process.
NOTE: You can also reach the confirmation page by selecting the View your order status button in your confirmation email. Additionally, if you were logged in when making your purchase, you can access this page by selecting the confirmed order in the Orders tab in your account.
Orders placed more than 2 hours ago:
If your order was placed more than 2 hours ago, please contact our Customer Experience Team, and we will gladly assist you.
NOTES:
- Orders may be canceled for any reason before the item(s) have shipped. Once your order has shipped, you may take advantage of our 30-day no-hassle return/exchange policy.
- We can’t make changes to orders placed through other retailers. If you purchased Trex Outdoor Furniture elsewhere, please contact that retailer directly.
