Can I delay or reschedule my order delivery date?
After placing your order, we’ll give you an estimated shipping date range. If this timeframe doesn’t work for you, we can change the date to accommodate your schedule.*
Contact our Customer Experience Team to reschedule or delay your shipment, and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- New ship date
*NOTE: You must request an order delay or reschedule at least 5–7 days before the first date in your current estimated shipping time frame. If your order has already shipped, additional fees or holding charges may apply.
