A: If you made your purchase less than two hours ago, it may still be possible to add the White Glove Experience to your order—just visit the order confirmation page to upgrade to this premium service. Orders placed over two hours ago must be canceled and repurchased with the White Glove Experience option selected at checkout.

A: The White Glove Experience only covers furniture assembly, placement, and packaging removal. Additional services, such as swing installation, furniture removal, or fire burner kit setup for fire pit tables, are unavailable.
Q: What do I need to do to prepare for my delivery?
A: We suggest clearing and cleaning the area where your new furniture will be placed upon delivery and the pathway leading to it. This ensures quick, safe, and efficient service for our white-glove delivery providers. Also, an adult (18 years or older) needs to be present during the scheduled delivery window to sign the proof of delivery form.
