I haven’t received all the items I ordered. Are they missing?
If some of the items you ordered didn’t arrive with the initial delivery, they may still be in transit. We suggest checking the tracking details to see if there are parcels on the way.
Due to weight restrictions, our products are sometimes sent in multiple shipments. If the package weight exceeds the carrier’s set limitations, it’s split into a multi-parcel shipment. It’s up to the carrier how a multi-piece shipment is delivered—all at once or on separate days—so it’s probable that the rest of your order is en route.

How do I track a multi-parcel shipment?
For a multi-parcel shipment, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers will send you a shipping notification email containing a designated “Master Tracking Number” and a link to view the status of your order.
If any status other than “delivered” is attached to the tracking number, it means part of your order is still in transit. Carriers typically include notes with the parcels that show the current location and estimated delivery date(s).
