I don’t see any updates on my order, and the status is “Pending.” What’s going on?
If you purchased products directly from our website, we'll notify you via email when your order ships. This email will contain a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your order at any time.
Your shipment's status may show as "Pending" while the carrier processes it. Tracking information typically takes 1–4 business days to update after it ships from our facility. Once the carrier scans your order into their system, the tracking details automatically update in your Trex Outdoor Furniture account.
If you don’t see any tracking updates within a week of your order shipping, contact our Customer Experience Team for assistance.
