I don’t see any updates on my order, or the status is “Pending.” What’s going on?
If you purchased Trex Outdoor Furniture products on trexfurniture.com, we will notify you via email when your order ships. This email will contain a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your order at any time.
It typically takes 1–4 business days for the tracking information to update on your account once your order ships out from our facility. The reason for the slight delay is that the carrier needs to check your order into their system. When this happens, the tracking information automatically updates in our system.
If you don’t see any tracking updates in your account within a week of your order shipping, reach out to our Customer Experience Team for assistance.
