Where can I find my furniture’s serial number?
Your furniture's serial number will be on a sticker along with a bar code. We put the sticker in a discreet spot on furniture, such as the underside of a chair or tabletop. You can find cushion serial numbers on their sewn-in tags.*
*NOTE: We strongly advise keeping serial number tags and stickers attached or storing them in a safe place for future reference.
What is a serial number for?
Every Trex Outdoor Furniture product has a unique serial number. Keeping track of these serial numbers is helpful for warranty claims or reviewing your purchase history.
Where can I find my furniture’s model number?
Look for Trex Outdoor Furniture product model numbers (aka SKUs) in these places:
- Your order confirmation email
- Under the Orders tab of your account dashboard
- Searching by product name on trexfurniture.com
