Where can I find my furniture’s serial number?

The serial number will be on a sticker along with a bar code. We put the sticker in a discreet spot on furniture, such as the underside of a chair or tabletop. You can find cushion serial numbers on their sewn-in tags.*

*NOTE: We highly recommend leaving serial number tags and stickers in place or safely storing them, along with noting which products they belong to, for future use.

What is a serial number for?

All Trex Outdoor Furniture products have their own unique serial numbers. Having the serial numbers helps when making warranty claims or reviewing your purchase history.

Where can I find my furniture’s model number?

Look for Trex Outdoor Furniture product model numbers (aka SKUs) in these places:

• Your order confirmation email.
• Under the My Orders tab of your account dashboard.
