- The cushions’ serial numbers, the original order number, or the product SKUs.
- The quantity of cushions you wish to purchase.
- Your preferred fabric from our available options.
- If your cushions are not under warranty: You can purchase new cushions, pillows, or deep seating cushions directly from our website without needing to file a claim.
Contact our team to get replacements for non-hardware furniture components such as lumber, fire pit table glass wind guards, chair slings, chair woven inserts, umbrellas, and other accessories. When reaching out, please have the following information ready:
- Your contact information
- The item’s serial number
- Your original order details
As long as the product isn’t discontinued, you can order the necessary pieces from us—even if it’s not covered under warranty.
Additional Information:
- We’re unable to sell components that aren’t part of a product’s original design, as this voids the warranty. For example, if you own a Trex Outdoor Furniture dining-height table, we cannot sell you bar-height legs for it.
- We cannot sell replacement table legs to go with a tabletop that was previously replaced under warranty.
