How do I buy replacement parts or cushions for my furniture?
To order replacement components and cushions for your furniture, please contact our Customer Experience Team. We’d be happy to help you with warranty claims, new orders, and pricing information.
Please include the following details when contacting us:
- Your contact information
- The item’s serial number
- Your original order details
For deep seating cushion replacements, we’ll need these details:
- The cushions’ serial numbers, the original order number for your deep seating items, or the product SKUs.
- The number of cushions you wish to purchase.
- Your preferred fabric, chosen from our available options.
As long as the product isn’t discontinued, you can order the necessary pieces from us—even if it’s not covered under warranty.*
Once ordered, the estimated shipping time for replacement parts is roughly two weeks.
*NOTE: We’re unable to sell components that aren’t part of a product’s original design, as this voids the warranty. For example, if you own a Trex Outdoor Furniture dining-height table, we cannot sell you bar-height legs for it.
In certain situations, replacements may not be covered under warranty. If this is the case for you, a cost is associated with acquiring new components.
