Does my organization qualify for tax-exempt status?
If your organization is legally recognized as tax-exempt by the IRS, you may qualify to make tax-exempt purchases.
How do I apply for tax-exempt status?
Follow these steps to apply for tax exemption status:
- Create a Trex Outdoor Furniture account for your organization.
- Email a copy of your tax exemption documents to our Customer Experience Team.
We'll review the documents and notify you upon approval. Your organization’s account will also be adjusted to exclude taxes from future orders.*
*NOTES:
- You must be logged in to your Trex Outdoor Furniture account in order to receive tax exemptions on orders.
- We’re unable to retroactively apply tax exemptions to past and current orders.
