Where can I view details about past orders?
Follow these steps to view your order history:
- Select the profile icon at the top of the page on trexfurniture.com to log into your account, or access the login page here.
- Once logged in, select Orders at the top of the page.
Here, you can view all your current and past orders. Select individual orders to see details like order status, purchased items, and available tracking information.
If you weren’t logged in when you placed your order, check the order confirmation email sent to you at the time of purchase.
Additional Information:
- To view your order history, you must be logged into the same Trex Outdoor Furniture account used when placing the order.
- Orders placed as a guest will not appear in your account history.
