Can I exchange or return the items I ordered?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our Customer Experience Team within 30 days of receiving your order so we can start a return or exchange for you.*
*NOTE: Replacement orders are subject to current lead times, and restocking fees or additional charges may apply to products returned after the 30-day period.
How does the return process work?
The first thing we’ll do is send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and arrange the return with our carrier. The carrier will then send you a shipping label.
From there, you'll need to box up your items. Be sure that it's in sellable condition and in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, contact us for help.
To help us process your return faster, clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. If you're sending back multiple boxes, write the RMA number on each box.
Make sure the packaging is secure, as we're not responsible for damaged or lost parcels. If your return doesn't arrive in sellable condition, we may have to make adjustments to your refund. One of our team members will contact you if this occurs.
If you ordered Trex Outdoor Furniture products through one of our retail partners, you must contact them for any information regarding your purchase.
