Can I exchange or return the items I ordered?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our Customer Experience Team within 30 days of receiving your order so we can start a return or exchange for you.*
*NOTE: Replacement orders are subject to current lead times, and restocking fees or additional charges may apply to products returned after the 30-day period.
How does the return process work?
Here's a breakdown of our return process:*
- After contacting us to start a return, we'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- You need to disassemble your product, pack and seal it in the original packaging, and write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Parcel returns: For items small enough to ship via parcel service, we'll arrange a FedEx pickup from your address. No labels are required, as the driver will bring labels for your packages.
- Freight returns: For items shipped via a freight carrier and palletized, please keep the original pallet and securely place the packages on it. We'll schedule a pickup for your furniture, and email you the shipping documents to give to the driver.

- If the original packaging is no longer available, you may use your own packaging or contact us for assistance.
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged.
- If a product is not returned in resellable condition, your refund may be adjusted accordingly. In such cases, a Customer Experience Team Member will contact you with updates.
