If you need replacement hardware for your furniture, such as nuts, bolts, or screws, we’ve made the process simple. You can request a free replacement hardware pack directly through our self-service portal using your product's serial number.
Request Non-Hardware Replacement Parts
Additional Information:
- Follow the above process to replace other non-hardware furniture components, such as fire pit table, glass wind guards, chair slings, chair woven inserts, umbrellas, and other accessories.
- We cannot sell parts that weren’t part of the item's original design. For example, we cannot sell bar-height table legs to change the height of a dining-height table.
- We cannot sell replacement table legs to go with a tabletop that was previously replaced under warranty.
- If your product has been discontinued, we may replace it with materials of equal value or quality.
